If by some chance you do have cheap beer left in the fridge from
the parade supply, make biscuits out of it. I haven't made these
in a very long time, and I even faked the bisquick this morning
and they were really good.
Beer Biscuits
2 cups bisquick
1-2 tablespoons sugar
1-2 tablespoons butter (or none)
6 oz beer. double everything to use the whole can, or just drink it.
Mix dry stuff, cut up the butter or melt it before adding the beer.
Mix just a little bit, just to get everything wet. Fill a muffin
pan with them, or a round pan all crammed together, or a cookie sheet
as drop biscuits. Just don't roll them out or mix too much. Cook
at 450 until brown - 15-20 minutes.
Eat with butter.
